Okay, so there’s these calendars that have beautiful art photos of gay Orthodox-themed vignettes. They are hot as fuck:

You know that I love supporting the non-traditional publishing industry. I also like a bit of darkness and short stories can be really useful for teaching.

I’ve been following a lot of cyberpunk-themed blogs on Tumblr lately. While most of them are just pretty aesthetic blogs, a few do have interesting content. Including this artist’s webcomic, which is also available as a physical book.

Part of being a responsible YA collection development expert is knowing when books cross the line. The ‘over the line’ books frequently end up being purchased by me for my personal collection. I am rapidly developing a terrifying/awesome/potentially offensive personal library. To assist this endeavor, I’ve just done a big order with Microcosm Publishing.

I absolutely adored the second ‘Invincible summer’ anthology, and have always wanted to read the first:

This is a memoir by the same author, Nicole Georges:

Cristy Road does amazing art and I’m pretty interested in gender identity stuff atm:

It’s a metal gay ship. Enough said.

Lady comic with a queer bent:

My parents were 70s suburban hippies. As soon as I saw ‘carob’ in the title, I knew I was going to relate:

With RedBubble. So cheap, so fun. And I just rearranged my happiness wall at work so I can fit about 20 more postcards in.

This is about as trippy as I’d dare to wear to work:

I thought this was hilarious (It’s the Bathory logo redone as ‘One Direction’ fyi):

Yes, I am on the bandwagon to crowdfund the record-breaking ‘Exploding Kittens’ card game. I really enjoy The Oatmeal’s work, and his ‘How to tell if your cat is plotting to kill you‘ book is the most popular graphic novel in the library. Because I’m somewhat keen on NSFW shenanigans, I’ve paid extra to get the NSFW version.

I think that the most enjoyable shopping experiences that I’ve had over the last year have all been from Redbubble. They do a t-shirt cut that I like, and I can always find more fun postcards for my happiness wall at work. Plus it’s all super cheap.

Industrial-y looking t-shirt:

What am I shipping atm? Orphan Black, Felicia Day and Destiel were the most popular postcard themes:
